15 PAINLESS WAYS TO CUT CALORIES

1. Use mustard instead of mayonnaise.
2. Steam your vegetables instead of sautéing them in butter or oil.
3. Switch to diet soda instead of regular soda.
4. Replace your glass of orange juice in the morning with an actual orange.
5. Instead of topping your salad with croutons, get your crunch from chopped celery.
