15 PAINLESS WAYS TO CUT CALORIES
1. Use mustard instead of mayonnaise.
2. Steam your vegetables instead of sautéing them in butter or oil.
3. Switch to diet soda instead of regular soda.
4. Replace your glass of orange juice in the morning with an actual orange.
5. Instead of topping your salad with croutons, get your crunch from chopped celery.
6. Use 1 tablespoon of peanut butter instead of 2 tablespoons on your sandwich.
7. Try eating pizza without the cheese! Load it up with sauce, veggies, and spices, and you really won’t miss the cheese!
8. Try salsa on your baked potato instead of sour cream.
